Harboring grudges and plotting revenge takes a lot of energy. In my new course, Feed Your Self-Love, we focus on releasing those energies to welcome in more positive, inviting friendships and relationships. It’s easy to stop believing in love when you have a traumatic childhood experience, go through a difficult breakup, or experience grief, betrayal and hurt. The emotional distress you experience can lead you to blame yourself, struggle with feelings of self-worth, or even shut yourself off completely from love. But this is not the solution. Your previous experiences might be very painful, but only when you open your heart again will you be able to properly love and be loved.
In this self-paced, 4-week journey, you’ll move through the four phases of self-love healing: Reflect, Release, Rest, and Refocus.

I created Feed Your Self-Love from my own journey of hurts, healing, heartbreak, and rediscovery. For years, I poured love into others while ignoring my own needs. I learned the hard way that true healing starts when you stop seeking love outside yourself and start cultivating it within. Through deep inner work, spiritual practice, and self-care, I rebuilt my confidence, realigned with my purpose, and began manifesting relationships and opportunities that reflect the love I give myself daily. As an educator and course creator with over 16 years of experience helping others grow, I’ve combined psychology, spirituality, and practical life design into a step-by-step process for emotional freedom and personal empowerment.
